Gluten Free and 'Normal' Red Velvet sponges are now free from artificial colouring! The NAC (No Artificial Colours) attribute has been added and any relevant ingredients have been updated.
This change was made to help ensure as many of our cakes as possible are free from the Southampton Six colours, which have been linked to hyperactivity in children.
Vegan Red Velvet sponges currently remain unchanged and are not free from artificial colouring.
