Later Cut off - 4pm

We have launched an update to our cuts off this week.
 

Previously the cut off was 3pm on the NPIT system, as we launched Shopify, we had to pull these back to 2:45pm.
 

We have now pushed this later to 4pm, you must enter the checkout by 4pm and complete the order by 4:15pm to secure next day cakes/2-day cakes.  

If you don’t complete by 4:15pm you will be ‘kicked out’ of the checkout.

This should bring us more PM orders, as people can order later, but also push (previous PM orders) to the AM list (which is more efficient and comfortable for our decorators, so they don’t have as many cakes to complete in the morning under such great time pressure.
 

We are monitoring closely the impact of the change on ALL teams and remain open and flexible to adjust as needed.
